"Sheet Metal AI" is a sheet metal estimation system that contributes to speeding up the process and improving profit margins by entrusting highly specialized and subjective estimation tasks to AI (artificial intelligence), which had previously taken a long time after consumers requested estimates from sheet metal factories. 80% of the sample data is used for AI deep learning, while the remaining 20% is used to validate the results generated by the AI. By inputting approximately 20,000 sets of vehicle damage images and estimation results from sheet metal workers, it is possible to derive appropriate estimation results. Additionally, by conducting debugging and further development, the speed of sheet metal assessment can be improved even more rapidly.
